Had to make a copy of my home key. The kiosk is located right outside Bed Bath and Beyond. The kiosk is very user friendly. The interface provided clear instructions. The entire process was fast and seamless. The key worked perfectly. Could not have had a better experience.

Absolute rip off. $9 for a basic key. Go to a hardware store and pay $3 tops. Their tap to pay doesnt work. And they dont accept cash. They also try to collect your email and fingerprint. This is obscene. [EDIT] The duplicated key was not produced with the same keyway. It physically doesn't fit in the lock.
